"Relocation Days"
Manzanar, CA ~ 2005

Beneath these mighty mountains lies a humiliating chapter in our nation's history-- the history of Manzanar, 1 of 10 Japanese Internment Camps from 1949 to 1955. At this particular location, just north of Lone Pine, CA, over ten thousand Japanese Americans were held captive during the second World War in fear of espionage. All that's left of Manzanar are memories and a few foundations, along with this last remaining guard house that kept a close watch on every man, woman and child inside.
